Three Systems.
One Clean Site.

Every vehicle leaving your site carries a liability. Our systems eliminate mud track-out, reduce airborne dust, and help you meet environmental regulations — without slowing down operations.

Wheel Wash Systems

Automatic wheel washing systems that clean tires, undercarriages, and wheel arches in under 60 seconds. Drive-through installation for uninterrupted site flow.

  • Drive-through automatic operation
  • Water recycling built in
  • Portable & permanent options
  • Handles trucks up to 60+ tonnes

Demucking Systems

Heavy-duty cleaning for vehicles standard wheel wash cannot handle. Purpose-built for military armoured vehicles, tracked construction equipment, and rail rolling stock.

  • Military vehicle decontamination
  • Tracked equipment cleaning
  • Rail vehicle systems
  • High-pressure, high-volume flow

Dust Control Systems

Dust suppression cannons and fine-mist nozzle arrays that bind airborne particles on contact. Reduce PM10 and PM2.5 emissions across your entire site perimeter.

  • Cannon & nozzle array options
  • 10m to 90m effective range
  • Automated & remote operation
  • Low water consumption

Built for the Toughest Sites on Earth

From active construction zones to military training grounds, our equipment is engineered for environments where standard solutions fail.

Construction & Civil Engineering

Prevent mud track-out from development sites, road projects, and infrastructure builds. Meet planning conditions and avoid costly fines.

Mining & Quarrying

Handle the extreme mud loads generated by haul trucks, excavators, and heavy plant in mining and aggregate operations.

Military & Defence

Demuck armoured vehicles, tracked transports, and logistics fleets operating on training ranges and field deployments.

Waste Management

Keep transfer stations, landfill sites, and recycling centres compliant with environmental permits and public health standards.

Agriculture

Prevent mud and organic matter from being carried onto public roads from farms, packhouses, and agricultural processing sites.

Logistics & Industrial

Maintain clean vehicle exits at warehousing hubs, ports, power plants, and heavy manufacturing facilities.

Why Site Operators Choose Us

We don't just sell equipment. We help you identify the right solution for your site conditions, vehicle types, throughput, and regulatory obligations.

Independent Consultation

We assess your specific site requirements — soil type, vehicle weight, daily throughput, water supply — and recommend the optimal system configuration.

Regulatory Compliance

Our systems are designed to help you meet local environmental regulations, planning conditions, and health & safety obligations from day one.

Proven Technology

We partner with established manufacturers and supply equipment already proven across thousands of installations in construction, mining, and military applications worldwide.

From initial site assessment through installation, commissioning, training, maintenance and spares — one partner for the entire equipment lifecycle.

Common Questions About Wheel Wash & Demucking

What is a wheel wash system and how does it work?
A wheel wash system is automated cleaning equipment installed at site exits. Vehicles drive through a water-filled bay or spray arch that uses high-pressure jets to blast mud, dirt, and debris from tires, wheel arches, and undercarriages. Most systems clean a vehicle in under 60 seconds and include water recycling to minimise fresh water consumption. They prevent "track-out" — the transfer of site mud onto public roads — which is both a compliance issue and a safety hazard.
Wheel washing focuses on cleaning tires and the lower body of standard road vehicles and trucks. Demucking is a more intensive process designed for vehicles that carry extreme mud loads — heavy construction equipment, military armoured vehicles, and tracked machines. Demucking systems use higher water volumes, greater pressure, and specialised configurations to clean chassis, tracks, and hull undersides that wheel wash systems cannot reach.
Dust control systems atomise water into extremely fine droplets (micro-mist) using high-pressure nozzles or turbine-driven cannons. These tiny droplets are similar in size to dust particles, which allows them to collide and bind with airborne dust far more effectively than conventional water spraying. The bound particles settle to the ground, reducing PM10 and PM2.5 concentrations in the air. Systems can cover ranges from 10 to 90 metres depending on the model.
Any industry where vehicles travel between unpaved working areas and public roads. The most common sectors include construction, civil engineering, mining, quarrying, waste management, military, agriculture, logistics, and heavy manufacturing. Regulatory requirements vary by country, but most jurisdictions require construction sites and industrial operations to prevent road contamination as a condition of their operating permit.
Yes. Systems are available in both permanent (concrete foundation) and portable (modular, relocatable) configurations. Portable systems are ideal for construction sites with a defined project timeline, while permanent installations suit long-term operations like mines, landfills, and industrial facilities. Portable units can typically be installed in a matter of hours and relocated between sites as needed.
